What’s not to like: a shot of caramel on your dessert, a sweet topping on yoghurt or fruit salad, a delicious syrup poured over pancakes and waffles. Our caramel syrup also enhances the sweet-sour taste of Asian cuisine and can also be used as a versatile cordial in cocktails.
This unique syrup is a special mixture of invert sugar syrup (a mixture of fructose and glucose) and sucrose. Natural flavourings provide a mild, sweet caramel taste, and the syrup therefore requires no artificial additives.
Grafschafter Karamell is naturally gluten- and lactose-free.
